CEO & Zephyr Co-Founder
Shawn is Co-Founder and CEO of Zephyr. He has decades of experience scaling platforms in other industries. Previously Shawn served as CEO of Spring Education, CEO of Teleflora, and COO of Public Storage. Shawn is a former Army officer (with an engineering degree from West Point) and a graduate of Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Deklan
Robinson
Chief Growth Officer & Zephyr Co-Founder
Deklan is Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Zephyr, where he oversees growth strategy and designs scalable systems to support our local brands and their technicians. Before Zephyr, Deklan worked at Harry's where he helped launch the company's M&A efforts and complete its first acquisition of Lume Deodorant. He led the ensuing integration that included a retail launch and systems migration. Deklan began his career as a private equity investor at L Catterton and is a graduate of Middlebury College.

Kevin
McDunn
Chief Product and Technology Officer
Kevin is Chief Product and Technology Officer at Zephyr, where he marshals technology and design to empower technicians, delight customers, and transform home services. Previously, as Chief Product Officer at SMS Assist he delivered innovations that contributed to a $2.2B merger with Lessen in the largest PropTech deal to date. He built winning products at MxD USA, Lenovo, Google, and Motorola. Kevin has an International Masters in Management from Lancaster University (U.K.), a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, and is an inventor on 24 U.S. patents.

DiPasquale
Chief Financial Officer
Michele is CFO for Zephyr, focused on building, supporting and informing through all things numbers. She has decades of experience scaling Finance organizations in high growth environments. Most recently Michele served as the CFO of People Pets and Vets where the team grew the company 10x in four years culminating in a successful merger. Previously Michele served as the CFO of both Imagine Health and AdvancedMD. Michele holds an MBA from the University of Utah and an undergrad BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Arizona and is a CPA.

Bayer
Senior Vice President, Operations
Nick is the VP of Operations at Zephyr, where he leads our local brands in realizing their maximum true potential. Nick has years of experience in the home services industry, first with Carrier on the corporate strategy and residential and light commercial HVAC teams and then with Apex Service Partners, where he led HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses. Nick is a graduate of West Point and Yale School of Management.
